By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods. Please note that products will not be sent until we have authorization from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.
If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, contact us for return which will include a restocking fee which we will advise you of before proceeding. The restocking fee will not be applied if the product is faulty.
While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Care & Cleaning
All of the products are labelled with with details on the composition of fibres, and care and cleaning instructions. Please read these instructions carefully to best care for your new cushion or throw.
To ensure your new product enjoys a good long life, we recommend you avoid placing the product in direct sunlight. In particular, dyed and printed products made from natural fibres do tend to fade in high UV areas so avoid placing these products in areas exposed to sunlight. Please avoid placing dark coloured dyed items onto light coloured furniture or floors and vice versa as colour migration can occur.
Cushions & Throws
Genrally, cushions and throws are best cared for by hand washing or by gently cold machine washing separately. You can line dry in shade and warm iron on the reverse to bring the product back to it's original beauty. Please do not soak, bleach, tumble dry or dry clean any product without carefully checking the care instructions. Take a look at the internal label to ensure you are following the best cleaning recomendations for each item.
